I had a Tribute Master Card from 3/31/06 untill 11/08 when I received a post card informing me that my card was no longervalid. Ihave paid every single invoice in full within 2 days of receipt, except for Oct. Of 08 when I did not get a bill. Once I was informed of the amount due, I paid it in full but, that didnot alter the card cancellation. Since then my attempts to speak with anyone not located in the Phillapines has been fruitless. I have delt with a lot of credit card companies, but none which offered less customer servive than these people. I am amazed they have been allowed to stay in business. Having had no sucess in amellorating this problem, I had no other choice than to cut up the card. I will definetly advise anyone not to deal with a company as poorly managed as this one. Richard
