Start Up Essentials Class Action Lawsuit by the Attorny General in Texas

I have been researching online. There is a YouTube video about StartUp Essentials. Check it out.

Also, I have noticed that there are lawsuits in Texas and California. The one in Texas is by the Attorney General at:

Just to know we are not alone and there are actual law suits out there.

I am starting to get the "collector" phone call. I am just plain broke and will just have to tolerate with possible, future threats. But I don't know what else to do at the moment.
