The Gt Express is a very small unit and I found it not to my likng so I attemted to return it! The first thing they did was refuse to reimburse the shipping which was the same price as the lame unit!
When I had first placed the order I had repeatedly spelled my name but the unit was shipped to me with a phonectic version of my name! So when I returned it even though they now had a physical version in my handwriting, they sent me a check made out to the phonetically spelled name and refuse to change it! I can't cash the check!
To top it off they sold the phonectic name to mass marketers with my address and I received no less than a hundred mailings addressed to that spelling so I know where they got the address!
These people were the nastiest I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! They refuse to help in anyway, their English is so broken that they are impossible to understand, they called me a liar!
When I insisted they return the shipping they told me that I knew that it wouldn't be when I ordered it and I lied about watching the commercial! They are just absurd!
