I too was scammed by Grant University/Grant professor. Many attempts at contacting them through the provided e-mail has been futile. My first attempt went through no problem, though I never received a reply. My second attempt was returned as undeliverable. I assume they have blocked my e-mail address. I have tried to contact them again from a second e-mail address and again it was undeliverable. This one could not have been blocked. So, I am at a loss on what is happening.
I paid the $1.98 on 12-03-08. I will send a signed and dated letter to cancel my membership to their address in Utah on 12-05-08. I also will call my bank and let them know that fraudulent activity may take place. The information they require (according to the terms and conditions of their website) is:
Name
Shipping address
Phone number
E-mail address
Date of Purchase
Type of Payment
Last 4 digits of credit card
and the words "CANCEL"
We'll see if this works. I am complying with all terms. There should be no reason not to cancel and I am well within the 7 days of free trial. If this works I will update this report...
