Efuse of payment

I leased a Lincoln in March from the dealer. At that time they paid my last months payment to me leased vehicle to BMW, and took possesion of the BMW and was to return the car to the BMW dealer.

I then received notice from BMW that the BMW was returned late and I owed them $1,100.00 for keeping the car. The BMW was in the possesion of the Lincoln dealer. I notified the salesman Willie of the problem and he told me the amont would be paid. This has been on-going for the last three (3) months. Today Willie told me to take him to Smal Claims Court. All I want is the $1,100.00 to be paid to BMW. My credit could become a big problem.
