I do travel alot but I have not been to New York in over 5 years. After calling my credit card company about the $. 21 charge and was given the number, when I called it had been disconnected. So I looked up the company name on the Internet and saw all the reports of the small amounts of cahrgers other poeple were being charged. All in the 20 cent range.
