I used the usa platinum logo and requested a card. When the card came I read part of the fine print. I thought it had to be activated. So when I decided after a few mins. I sent the whole package thru my shredder. I called and told them what I had done, I thought they would just return the money the same way they took it. She told me I had to send a letter in writing to
get my money back. She said it would take 2 or 3 business days.
It has now been 2 weeks and I have still not recieved my money back. Please help me, this is a small amount to some, but is a lot of money to me.
