I quit on the third say of orientation, "training". Call it what you want. When i was hired i was told that it was not a sales job. Not going door to door. If i would have known that in the first place then i would have never replied to the add. 2000 a month, i asked where they get that figure from? And the response was "its just a guarantee".in my mind i was asking how do they know that? There where 20 plus people in the room. Im looking around asking people, do they really think this company can pay everyone 2000 a month just for being with the company? I guess i was the only one who wasn't naive about the situation. 2000 a month is what caught my eye as well in the add. On the other hand it sounded to good to be true, like i thought, it was.
When i went to sign the papers, which was on the 3rd day by the way, on one of the pages it stated, " we are not employees of Dyro". That right there should be a big red flag. Hello people! All the money is too good to be true. Its ok to ask questions about the job that you are fixing to get into. I was the only brave one to ask them, i had many of them to be honest. There was no explanation to hours being worked. Any regular job has set hours. I understand there are sometimes where you work overtime or extra hours needed for a company. But i would never do it for this one, the guy couldn't answer any of my legit questions. It is legal to ask questions.
Another thing, when i did ask questions, the guy had a stern look on his face like i shouldn't be asking these kind of questions. But I'm not stupid, I'm not going to work for someone when they cant answer any of my questions. That to me is weird, sketchy, and all of the above. So dyro is not the company to work for. I cant really say that all of it was lies, because i never gave it a chance, but believe me, i quit on the 3rd day of orientation and that was all i needed to know that this was not for me. I felt like standing up in front of the room and screaming at these naive people and telling it how it really was, but they can learn from their mistakes.
