I was promised a 10,000 dollar loan if I came up with 800.00 dollars and I did that and did not get my loan

I was promised a loan and sent money upfront and it was a rip-off. I have no money for my children for Christmas now. $800.00 is a lot of money to take from some knowing that they are stealing.
