I am always overcharged with this company. You are on hold for a minimum of of 1 1/2 each time & the response "Someone will call you back". Right now I am on the phone for 1 hour 40 minutes & this so called customer service representative is confused & so were all the other representative.
My story is long, but I am going to contact my credit card company & dispute all past charges & cancel my credit card to avoid future billing. I asked for a manger, supervisor or anyone in authority & I was told they don't have one.
I was charged for full service fee on my self service account & that took 6 months for me to get refunded. Now I was told that I am being charged a self service charge again.
I looked for their email address, non to be found. I asked the representative for the general email address & he said he doesn't have one. Not worth the h*ll with advertising with this company. I might loose some business, but I will keep my sanity. I'll stick with google.
