My husband purchase an 06 Hayabusa. We moved to another house and some how the payment got lost in the mail. After we did a change of address via post office and with Suzuki in there little area were you do your change of address on your bill. Well between the move we forgot about it to be honest so it was one payment behind and it wasnt our fault we filled out all the correct paper work but with the move had forgotten about it.
When they contacted us we paid them on the phone no problem, we didnt want to tarnish our credit. We paid there fees etc. Now mind you our payment was only $172 well since being late they increased it $272 one hundred dollars more. After speaking with several different NASTY, RUDE reps and a couple of supervisor's. They basicly said pay or give the bike back.
I was in shock how could they do this? Now with the economy in dire stairts you think they would be nice and try to be understanding but instead they were nasty and rude and were NOT willing at all to lower the payment back to were it belongs. I will be know contacting the BBB and reporting them.
Im 8 months pregnant and dont want to ruin our credit for a motorcycle but to be honest we CANT afford the extra $100 a month payment on a bike that isnt even used. Its scary we work hard and try to do the right thing. Now this happens. The kicker is how rude they really are and demanding.
