I ordered a credit report from CreditReportAmerica. When my order was confirmed it stated I would get a 3-in - 1 credit report. I included a 7 day free trial for CreditBoost Credit Optimization and a 14 day free trial for Fraud Protection Resources. Within 5 days of the day of my order I began calling the phone numbers provided. I got a message that directed me to their web-site and in searching though every possible option in the web-site there was NO way of canceling. I then received my credit card statement and was billed for the services I was unable to cancel. I consider this fraud.
I have written to them but these people should be removed from doing business. I will call my credit card provider and if necessary I will cancel my credit card. This has consumed hours of my time. Please do something about these scammers.
