Congratulations, you have been selected to participate in a paid consumer research program in your area ie: mystery shopper, enclosed check for the amount of 4,865.00

I received a letter in the mail from a company called Kasmir Research Company, there was a Dallas Texas address on the letterhead, but nothing on the envelope, except a canadian stamp, which I thought was unusual. It included a check for 4865.00, whic I knew was not right.

Thank God for Google!!! That is how I found the scam alert.
It stated it was a job opportunity to be a secret shopper.
I have voided out the check. These people need to be stopped.
