I won an auction for a holster thru Gunbrokers.com buying from Barsony (my cc stmt said Hunborn Company, Inc - Beaverton Oregon). Supposed to get an invoice at auction end - did not. So, I contacted the seller by telephone and PIF with CC directly. F/U telephone call 2 weeks later, was to be shipped that day, late by the way, and seller provided a "tracking number". What he provided according to PO is evidence he printed a label and paid for shipping, but the pkg is not in the USPS system. Now, almost one month later, he is not answering daily phone calls to the only number available. Gunbrokers has been contacted twice and they are of NO help. This is the second item I have used gunbrokers for, the first item went thru absolutely perfectly. Now this. I paid for a holster, and want the item I paid for without having to close my account and order a new credit card. Neither company has helped me resolve this issue and I really just want my item. GB goes to great lengtht to avoid fraud dealing with credit cards, now when it's fraudulent on their end, they are of no help. Buyers beware!
