What this ripoff company does is put tickets online when they never have these tickets that they are selling. What they try and do is take your money first and then "the week of the show" we will mail them to you.
What happens then is that they go online and look to purchase your tickets at a great profit. Of course when they can't do that they tell the customer that they never received these tickets from the box office or they were lost in the mail, both of these are lies!!!
Now you have a customer or child very disappointed and they are only told they are not getting the tickets till the day before the event. When I was there they made it a very common practice. Many a time I was told that their 9 year old is crying because she will not be getting her Jonas Brothers tickets. Now how about waiting months to get a refund.
I would tell you more but every time I think about these ripoffs running this company getting rich it makes me sick. This is only the beginning, I will tell more soon.
