I ordered a free trial of acai pure cleanse, was only suppose to pay for shipping. My credit card was charged 44.85 s/b 4.95. I called them several times only to have a hold time of over 1 hr just to find out why... I finally held for 82 minutes on Nov 10 only to be told that I agreed to fees (I should have looked at the small print because I would have never agreed to the other charges). I wanted to cancel entire offer and the person I talked to said I could not cancel until I received my free trial. I have NOT received my free trial or anything else, yet my credit card keeps getting charged for various memberships and products. This web site did not clearly address these charges. I used my debt card to pay for shipping, I am thankful I had the money in my bank account so that I didn't have any insuffient funds. But what about other people who just think they have to pay 4.95.
