This company turn off my electric power, even after my bill had been paid for some time. They stated that it was turn off in error, but didn't try to rush to turn it back on. I'm ill (complications of Breast Cancer) and the heat worsens my conditions, not only that I lost a full icebox of food I had just purcahsed due to their mistake and they don't seem to care. I'm on SSD and I can't afford to go out and buy more, no all the gas I had to pay to run around trying to seek a place to stay because heat effects my health conditions. I've gone now a day and a half without lights and it may be more, due to thier error. How do I resolve this?
