I moved out of one of mrs. Junior units recently cleaned up very well and she did not retunrn my deposit mrs. Junior wanted me out of the unit so that she could get more money for the place so what she did was allow the annoying nieghbor of mine to keep up noise give partys and such while she told us to go to the park if we wanted to do such things for years me and this tenant had issues back in 2006 mrs. Junior assured me i wouldnt have to worrie about the other tenant disturbing me cause she gave her a 90 day notice so she was supposed to be out but she didnt make her move she allowed her to stay. The police would be out to the building every week because her and her eldest daughter who is not on the lease would fight in the middle of the night i would call miss junior to infrom her of what was going on all she would say is call the police she would call and talk to the nieghbor letting her know i was complainig from then on i was into it with the neighbors alot after that it became a thing where the nieghbor and mrs. Junior would get together on the side of the building an talk about what was going on in the building the nieghbor would lie and tell mrs. Junior all kinds of stuff to make me look bad but mrs. Junior didnt care as long as she was getting her money she didnt care what happend in the building and even though the law states a landlord is suppose to alot a tentant peace and enjoyment in there home mrs. Junior came to the building one day and found said nieghbor in the driveway drinking old english blasting her music like she always does and she looked inside her house told her daughter who is not on the lease to turn down the music then said neighebor started to try and take the heat off herself by lieing on others she asked mrs. Junior if i could tell my company to turn down there radio when they pull in the driveway because it was disturbing her sleep but she was the one who kept up the noise being part of a motorcycle club she would have bike riders in and out all times of the night reving up their bikes at two in the morining after the club let out miss junior was aware of all these things she allowed her to stay because she was getting extra money from her which is illeagle for the people who was living there that wasnt on the lease i over heard said neighbor asking mrs. Junior about asking my company to turn down the music in the driveway i butted in the conversation a told said nieghbor she could have told me this when she bumbed a ride from me the day before she was just trying to use that as a distraction for what she was doing sitting in the driveway drinking ole english blasting her music she then started to loud talk so i came down stairs that way she wouldnt have to holler when i did i was expliaing to mrs junior that she could have told me that when she was in my car that when her daughter came out the house said so what momma she call mary on you i thought to myself how is she so sure but mrs junior had informed them of that then she looked at me said i got her f@#*ed up blood and started swinging on me i defended myself and did a good job at it mrs junior stood there and said im calling the police but never did i wanted her to but she knew that it was not me who started it she then started yelling at the top of her lungs you started this i want you out of here i told her i didnt strart anything i can say what i want without someone putting there hands on me mrs. Junior still yelling at the top of her voice said go in the house by this time i was at the top of the stairs she contuined to holler so i ran down the stair and stood in mrs junior face so she could stop screaming she must have thought i was going to hit her cause she clinched up a turned to duck for cover i just looked at her. She then sent a 90 day notice for me to move i did nt respond because i had no intentions of moving if i had to move why didnt the other tentant have to move thats discrimination after the 90 day notice went unanswered she then went to the police station lied and said i threat'n to blow her up in order to try and get me out by harrassing me with false accustaions about me trying to make me lose everything instead of just filing her unlawful detainer now im going to court with miss junior to fight a restraining order a form of retaliation on mrs. Junior part she put my apartment on the listing the day of the incident like she just knew i was going somewhere she lied to my section 8 advisior stating i sell and use drugs she was told this by the police the police wouldnt jepordize an investigation by telling mrs junior no such thing cause if there is drug dealing going on she could be the no. 1 suspect so i highly doubt the police would disclose that info to her she then filed for a restraing order she did this in an attempt to avoid me contacting her to give me my deposit. She had people coming by knocking on my door asking which upstairs apt was for rent i knew it was mine because my sister lives in the only other upstairs unit and she had no plans and had not been asked to move. So that was really stressful it got to the point where i said forget it and moved i couldnt take it. Due to the restraining order i couldnt contact mrs junior directly about my deposit and she didnt provide a mediator to handle any buisness dealing she had with me she slandered my name calling me a gang member and drug dealer and also put my name in a handout to give to tenants in the building stateing that i wasnt incompliance with everyone. Which is none of there buisness she disclosed landlord and tenant information. All this from a lady who use to tell perspective tenants that was thinking of renting from her i was one of her best tenats i keep my house clean and on and on and on so if she felt that way what make her think she can keep my deposit she trying to use it as another form of retaliation i filed a small claims suit for the return of my deposit also for the descrimination and retaliation i had no address to serve mrs. Junior at due to the fact she had a p.O. Box that i use to send the rent to so during the process of going to court to fight the restraining order i had her served so i can recoupe my losses.
