I also received this letter from Hanfield Financial Group claiming FINAl NOTIFICATION of winning the Consumer's Reward Program Lottery of $39K... A check of $3900 was included with this letter to pay for applicable Tax, which would be deducted from my winnings.

I researched Hanfield Financial Group... The address being in NY but using a PA zip code of 15377 on their letter head.

I contacted Hanvit Bank in Los Angeles: 323.733.8294. An asian lady answered 'No Check' and the majority of the conversation I could not quite understand... I am going to try and call her again.
