Like many others, I ordered a free sample of their product online at www.acia-pure.com with the agreement to pay $4.95 in shipping and handling charges, a one time fee. A couple of days after placing the order, they charged my account $44.90. When I contacted the company they stated that if I returned the unwanted product they would reimburse me for the charges. The product was returned and have not received any reimbursement. Then just this morning (11-14-08) I noticed another charge to my account from them for another $44.90 Calls to the company at 888-692-8352 offer a message letting you know that the wait time is well over 1 hour and you are not able to speak to a (human). I have cancelled my visa debit card with my bank to stop them from charging me any further and I assume the $90.00 they have stolen from me is simply just lost. I seem to be the first to report this on this site but if you google acia pure, there are multiple compaints listed on other web sites.
