There is hope for all!!! I filed a complaint with the bbb on countrywide and they said i did not get approved for my refinance baloney!!! I responded back then why was i approved and an appraiser scheduled to come out. They are crooks.in the meantime i put myself out there for a refinance and called network capital 949 442 0060 x 7219 philip oritz i was approved in 2 days!!! He is handling all the families that countrywide closed the branches when i filed the complaint with the loss litigation dept of countrywide they said they never heard of branches closing baloney again!!!
I went from a 8.75 fixed to 5.5 fixed bimonthly exactly what i wanted. This company network capital is aware of what countrywide is doing and will ease your pain. I thought it was hopeless but it isnt!!! Call 949 442 0060 x 7219 ask for philip ortiz he is a god send!!!
You can also look the president of countrywide on the internet do a search ceo of countrywide there is a huge fbi investigation on him, yet their customer service acts like everything is just peachy!!! They are all rotten do not care about the customer and whether we keep our homes or not.
