I wast not aware of this company. I never heard of them and I don't remember visiting their website. I was made aware of them when I got my billing statement from my credit card last July and there were charges made. There was a phone number, and I tried to contact them on several occasion but I only got a prompter. I tried to email the classic closeout, complaining about this, but nothing happened. I wrote a letter to my credit card company, forcing me to close the account, they did. They reversed the charges, but after a month, they returned the charges to my account, with the overlimit fees add to it. One time, I was able to talk with somebody at classic closeout, he just got my phone number and told me I will be contacted by a account supervisor, but nothing happened.
I cannot understand, if I became a member of the company, I should be notified, there should be an email correspondence or something. What happened to Lyn of Oldsmar, Florida, happened to me exactly. Now I have to pay the credit card company plus the maney charges of overlimit fees add to it. It seems the consumers are not being protected at all.
