Recieved card, set up online banking by mistake, 1 month late with fees i paid them. Then called to stop online banking, and set up paper bills.

In may called for pay of (person on phone failed to enter that in computer) sent a moneygram for 900.00 never heard or recieved statement from them. Thought I was paid of.

In October 08 I recieved a letter saying I was late on a payment. I called and was told I had a balance of 3.00 and total charges were 167.00. I told them I never received a statement and they said I was always with the online banking, (ironic I was recieving paper statements from mid 2007 to may) they said they sent me e-mails, not so, I asked for copies of they e-mail and guess what the answer was. EXACTLY!

They offered to waive some of the fees, but, why should I have to pay 167.00 on a 3.00 bill I never received. I wrote a letter to the bbb and the attourney generals office. Waiting for reply. We must stop these banks from screwing us.
