This company wants me to pay money for an account i don't have, they want me to pay 1,167 dlls. At household bank and i have account number and all supposivley

I have supposivly an account with household bank and i owe supposivly 1,167 dlls i dont even have an account with that bank. On the paper theyt sent me they gave me to account numbers that i supposivly have and i have never even made accounts with that bank.
