Offered me a check to help me get my business up and running. With exception of check cashing fees

When I was at a place of NO FUNDS I received this happy check described as a grant and a prize for me to use subject to check cashing fees. I was skeptical so I went to the Web and that is where I found Ripoff report with the Name of the company authorizing the check. Thank you for being there. I would of loved to cash the check but you helped me before the house came crumbling down.
