Eceived a letter with a check for $3980.00 in an envelope with a Costco Wholesale letterhead stating that i won a lottery for $150.000. I called the number as instructed to and then tried to cash the check. The check cashing place said no to cashing the check as well as keeping the check itself. Big scam
