Fake Lies Illegal Personal Loan Ask Money Upfront Fishy Interest Rate Expla. Fyi

Hi, My name is Jonathan. I live in Spring Hill, Florida. I bust my bust in back breaking concrete work 8 to 12 hours a day.

I have various current debt that is non-past due involving Co-Signers that are related to me and a car debt owed to the owner of the company i work for.

Also my girlfriend of 9 months just traded in her car for a newer one. So i submitted my info online to get a personal loan origonally for $6000. I got several calls from "Foreign" sounding rep's that i hung up immediatly.

This past saturday, November 1st my cell phone rang and came up unknown on caller id. I answered and heard an american voice of a woman. She said she was April Nelson with Hudson Lending Group.

She said i had been approved for $6000 at 6 percent interest and that was the best she could do with my bankruptsy... I've neved gone bankrupkt. I miss understood a question in the app. It said Discharge Date.

There was no explanation so i figured they wanted my date of Honorable Discharge for the military. So i dug out my DD214 and put down my U.S. Army Discharge date. She laughed when i told her and said that she would contact my lender and see how much of a better deal she could get me since i didn't have a bankrupktsy and said that since i was a military veteran it would give me more pull with the lender.

So i told her to go for $10,000 and she said she thought she could get me ten thousand on a 6 year term to keep the payments where i needed them. So on monday she contacted me and said the lender went for it and approved me for $10,000 at 6percent on a 6 year term. I was excited. Because i thought of all the bills i could pay off and i could give a little extra down on my gf's car to lower her monthly payments and take care of a few od's and ends while still putting away a lil emergency money. Well then she said that because of my credit history that i needed a little collateral and asked if i had a car worth ten grand that they could hold the title on, when i said all i had was a 1994 Saturn she immediatly said that won't work but there is another option. The lender would like a Security Deposit on the loan because i didn't have any collateral. She said it would be the first 10 monthly payments totaling to $1656.90 USD.

I immediatly lost my hopes thinking where the heck would i get that kind of money from, if i had that why would i need the loan, you know??? So i gave her a fax number to send the paperwork so i could look it over. I got the paperwork when i got off work today and looked it over. At first glance it looked solid so i called my dad and asked if he had the 1656.90 to lend for 24 hours and he said no. I told him about the loan and then read the written part and noticed something fishy about the interest rate saying "6 percent per annum and that is was yearly compounding" so i asked my dad and he thought it was fishy and told me to search them online and that's when thank god i found this site and info on the Hudson Lending Group.

After my dad said know i was thinking about asking the owner of the company i work for to borrow the money since i owe him still for my saturn with the incentive that i would be able to pay the car off. That would have been a train wreck cause he is extremely unfair. So then i thought about how much paperwork was involved 2.5 years ago when my dad co-signed for a signature loan through Regions Bank, Tons. These people sent 3 pages and that was the contract in it's entirety and not to mention i know my credit score is somewhere between 515 and 550 max so how the heck could i get 6 percent interest when my dad had a 750 score and didn't even get that good of an interest rate with regions. Long story short they are very precise and good at sounding and appearing professional. But one look online will save lots of money and heartache/stress. Hopefully this will be helpful in nailing these bastards to the wall. I am going to file report with the ftc and also the bbb. And i will fax the "loan aggrement" to them if they need proof. These people need to be stopped. They are helping destroy american familys and american economy. Whatever happened to actually helping people these days? Well, that is all. I hope these people get what they deserve. Jail WITHOUT bail or parol and a enourmous fine.
