Re: Demand to Cease and Desist
1 the postings are replete with usage of the terms "fraud", "repeat offenders", "scam"and references to my clients' as "scammers". These terms have a singularly negative connotation regardless of the context of the usage.
2 The purpose of the postings is to create in the public the belief that my clients are disreputable, and involved in some ongoing activity which is either fraudulent or should be avoided by the public.
3Mrs Gee makes deliberate and focused threats against Ms Lance
and by implication to Mrs Cato.
4Mrs Gee makes deliberate and false accusations about both clients regarding the use of aliases which are factually incorrect and posted with reckless disregard for their falsity.
5Mr. Xxx has made repeated threats and has physically accosted
and harassed these clients.
6Ms Gee and Mr. Xxx have repeatedly reffered to other "stones"
emeralds, and business "assets" as being part of this "scam"
which are in no way related to the XXX'S alleged claim and which has intentionally interfered with my clients business dealings.
7Mr and Mrs XXX have misrepresented themselves as officers and or directors of other organizations in which they have no interest, in an effort to harass and malign my clients.
8Mr. XXX has misrepresented himself, or someone under his direction as a federal Officer in an attempt to harass my clients
9Mr XXX has misrepresented himself in an attempt to take possession of items which do not belong to him and to which he has no right of claim.
10 Ms Gee's and Mr. XXX 'S actions have been instrumental in the delay and failure to date of my clients attempts to transact business, which has directly resulted in the inability to sell certain emeralds to which "Mrs Gee and Mr XXX had an alleged claim.
11Mrs Gee's and Mr XXX actions have caused the delay and failure
of numerous attempts at successful business transactions in which Mrs. Cato and Mrs lance have been involved.

Mrs. Gee's postings are untrue. Virtually all of the information regarding Ms Cato is false. The false content is not in any manner supported by accuracy in any fashion. She has maliciously and with the intent to harm my client, with whom she has no relationship or personal knowledge, attempted before to destroy her business.
Ms "Gee stated information is wholly without support and damages my client's reputation in the community, and those of her trusted associates. Mrs XXX's only support for these defamatory statements
is that she appears to blame others for poor investment decisions, but it is meant for nothing other than to disparage my client's business, and those of her associates.
Mr. XXX accusations are untrue. He has maliciously and with the intent to harm my client and to destroy her business, and that of her associates, harassed and physically accosted them, and has attempted to in the community, and has misrepresented himself in an attempt to secure items of value to which he has no right of claim. He has failed to prove any viable claim or show that injustice has occurred, has occurred on the part of my client. His misrepresented
of himself and his interest has intervened, delayed, and thwarted every effort that my client has to transact business dealings that may have benefited his proclaimed partner.
Therefore my clients demand the following:
1 Cease and Desist: Ms. Gee and Mr. XXX must immediately cease and desist from making any further unsupported defamatory, libelous, or harmful statements relating my clients through any medium, including the INTERNET. They are not to post, host or make available any libelous, false or defamatory statements against my clients via the Internet, television, radio, print, or any other form of media. They shall not create any new alias, nor use any old alias, to post, host, or make available any statement regarding my client via the Internet, television, radio, print, or any other form of media.
Moreover, they must CEASE and DESIST from going onto the property of Ms. Cato Ms. Lance and Mr. Emerson: from threatening them individually or jointly, verbally or in writing (electronically or otherwise), from misrepresenting themselves to the business contacts and associates of Ms. Cato, Ms Lance, and Mr. Emerson, and from otherwise harassing, interfering and harming them billable hours and thus, their business.
2 REMOVE FALSE INFORMATION POSTED: Ms Gee must retract any information which contains similar defamatory information to that which has been posted. SHE MUST REMOVE AND CAUSE TO BE REMOVED from any websites to which she has posted any and all references to Mrres Cato and Lance, and Emerson.
3 CEASE AND DESIST Mr XXX must immediately cease and desist from making any further attempts to misrepresent himself or his interest in regards to Ms. Cato's Lance's and Emerson's business dealings. He is to cease and desist from any and all efforts to harass,
disrupt business transactions, intervene, or their business dealings.
4 Public apology Ms Gee and Mr. XXX must print public apologies to Ms Cato, Ms Lance, and Paul Emerson in every medium, including the Internet, in which were previously posted any derogatory or defamatory statements made by either Mrs Gee or Mr. XXX or any one under their employ.
We are in the PROCESS OF PREPARING AN INJUNCTION AND COMPLAINT AGAINT YOU BOTH to be filed in a Georgia Court. If the false and defamatory statements contained in these postings are not removed and the Public apologies incorporated to / from the Internet by date three 3 days after certified mail receipt of this letter, or within 7 days of regular mail postmark (whichever is sooner), we have been directed to immediately file a legal action seeking a court order for injunctive relief compelling removal of the offensive material
and the printing of a suitable retraction. My clients, additionally, will seek monetary damages, punitive damages, for injury to their reputations in the community, and attorneys fees, which will amount to approximately $ 5 million.
Please direct any communication regarding this matter to my attention at the above referenced address an contact numbers. Let me know immediately whether or not you intend to comply with this Legal DEMAND.

We can not interfer with your business dealings for the simple fact we do not know who your supposed clients are!

Attached is the letter that was received from the attorney representing Gail Cato and Elaina Lance, again reiterating the protocol of the first letter to Gail Cato.
No funds can be received or paid out until the protocol established in the letter dated May 15 has been met.
I, Elaina Lance, will overnight all the copies collected from the Precious Few Group pertaining to the wire and check copies obtained from each individual for verification purposes.
The attorney is willing to meet with the group or their designee to try to expedite and finalize this matter.
