They hit my Capital One Card for $2.95, and $49.50 two-times. I am waiting to see if Capital One will fix it, or I shall pursure as recommended above as well as FBI and Attorney General.
The merchant refused to give any information to me on location or business license or ownership on a 3-way call with me, them and Capital One.
