Total Scammers and Liars

Ordered a replacement watch band three months ago. Never received it.

Called numerous times to follow-up. Said they mailed it but do not have any proof or tracking number and blamed the post office. Got the run around with each call.

Three months later I requested a refund check. Still waiting for the refund check. Any help dealing with these people is appreciated.
