My grand daughter saw Bendaroos' ad on TV and was intrigued with the product. I ordered it and was greatly disappointed. Let me count the ways:
1. The product is the same as pipe cleaners only these strings are waxed and apparently stick to one another.
2. I arrived in a plain brown box - no logo, no detailed snazzy instructions - no confirmation of what I ordered.
3.instructions were on a small folded piece of paper with a few ideas.
4. I thought it was a refill kit as it contained 11 packages of colored waxed string—that's all.
5. For $20 plus $8 shipping this product is completely overpriced—definitely a first class ripoff.
6. A long distance call to the company (which has no email address) resulted in their confirming that this was indeed what I ordered and not a refill.
7. The profit on this product must go directly into TV ads that glamorize a craft toy that is overrated and overpriced and underwhelming. Bandaroos qualifies as a Blue Ribbon winner of usacomplaints.com.
