My 76 year old mother ordered this machine on 7-22-08 and was told it would be here within 7-10 day's.
The charge was 69.80.By 8-23-08 it still wasn't here so I called, was told Lee at customer service, that it was on back order but my mom's credit card was chargeed on 7-22-08 for 83-50!
I told them that this total was 69.80 when ordered. And I wanted to cancel the order,
Lee said he couldn't cancel the order all I could do was send it back when (and if) the machine got here. Well it got here on 8-27-08 I took it right back to the post office and sent it back.
Called again 9-23-08 and talked to Charolett and was told they have no proff that the machine ever came back and so there would be NO refund. Now the credit card company say's they don't care they just want their money.
It's now 10-27-08, and there is still no refund to my mom's credit card. She has paid the credit card company.
But no refund from GT Express
