My wife gave Tony Rubio $5700 with the promise that he will help her modify her loan, he promised that he will call us on regular basis and let us know that what is going on with the loan modification, apparently we had to keep on calling him, this man is running a foreclosure scam, he called me one day and told me that he would like to give my wifes money back so I said that is fine, after that he faxed me over a letter saying that he will give me $2700 which I said was fine too, after that I called him many times and he kept on promising that he had mailed the check he was lying this man has no problem scamming innocent people, he keeps on changing his offices his old address was 10316 Topanga Canyon Blvd., suite A, his tel no is 818 402 9458, he has moved into San Fernando I bet you to mess up those innocent people who are desperate to get out of their homes. This man is a biggest fraud in town he sees no end to himself, he think he is a god and law cannot do anything to him fbi should be notified about this man.
