Rebuttal to fraudulant billing

I recieved a dues notice with a fraudulant member # for a 12 month membership that I never heard of. The payment due date was for 11/05/08 for $12.00.

I did not pay, copied the letter and mailed original asking this company to cancel.

There was not a phone number with dues notice.
