My credit card that was setup for automated payments to National Fitness had expired and they charged me a late fee and a check returned fee without informing me of any non-payment of dues. Moreoever, the membership was on month-to-month and a non-payment of dues indicates that a member does not want to continue the membership. Don't understand why we would owe the those fees to being with.
Called them and got a supervisor by the name Ammon. He said that it is their standard practice and cannot waive it.
