Today I had received a phone call from this company in which is a collection agency. First off i would like to say collection agencies have rules and regulations on how they are supposed to perform. 1st off they are not supposed to say they are not a collection agency and some other type of business which they did. 2nd they have certain times and days they are supposed to call they called 546am, 1133pm, and alot of sunday calls. 3rd they are supposed to be proffesional. They called me today some guy by the name of joseph straus then switched couple minutes later to ramano then koons.
Another thing im in the military i dont need loans and i have no money problems. Yet when i was living with others alot of my things were stolen one day, including my check book, social card id and couple of other things. Someone had tried to get a loan in which this company wouldnt give me any information although they are my checks that were being used. He had also told my mother to shut up multiple times and this is funny. Though my mom used to be in collections and she knew all the things about them so this guy was trying to be someone else and she knew it was him so she basically told him that she used to collect with people just like him and he got even more mad and was saying shut up woman your talking over me...
So then thats when he became this koons guy because my mom said shes telling them she was making an attorney general complaint/lawsuit so hes tryin to act like some other guy and my mom knows it. So she basically straight up says give me all the information you have on my son so i could find out who used my identity...
Theres soo much more about these people i could write but basically theyre illegally doing the wrong acts and fowl mouthin the hell out of my family in which i kno where theyre at and thus being you call one more time... A plane ticket only costs a couple hundred assholes and i will knock every f*in one a you out. Thanks and dont get fooled by these people
