Sometime in January placed an order for rims for a 2007 Harley Davidson Fat Boy from American Revolution.
Placed the order via telephone with an individual namely Patrick Curran and was informed that the order should arrive within 3-4weeks upon shipped date. Made numerous attempts to contact Patrick Curran and was told that the "chrome plating on the wheels was still in process".
Then on 8/15/08 I received an email form American Revolution which had an attached invoice for a different type of custom wheels. The invoice was emailed to me but contacted Curran and was told that there will be another waiting period of 3-4 weeks due to assembly of the wheels.informed Curran that I would like a refund of my money but was told that due to bank difficulties I wasn't entitled to my Full Refund.
To date (10/23/08) have yet to receive product.
The order was paid through credit card and was charged to my credit card in the amount of $1,525.00 (unknown date)
Have made numerous attempts to contact via phone and email but no response from either.
Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
