OMG this company is SOOOOO shady. Ok so I was out of the country when they said the loan was opened in right. I didnt have an account with the bank they said they sent the money too and the bank had an account that I got successfully removed due to fraud. So I sent Ameriloan two faxes of my police report and they STILL harass me because Ameriloan wasnt on there, unless I am freakin psychic how would I put a a company I have no idea existed on my fraud report in 2005 when they called me in 2007!!! So then they tell me the account was opened with an email address I do not have, so when it comes time to send me the account info so I can send it on my police report, they say ask for a valid email and I give them my only email... So when I call back after many harassing calls later, they NOW state the account was opened on the email I just gave them! OMG I mean how manipulative can you get and then on top of that instead of calling me to let me know someone owed money in my name in they wait until 2007 to call me and then say I owe 1100 bucks for a 350 loan WTF???
Someone needs to stop this company and I need a lawyer, they claim they have original documents but they won't send them to me and I cant get into the account because I do not have the password for the email that was used: O... Holy crap
