Igchiefcigarettes.com Rip-off Tobacco Dealer online, Pueblo

My name is Jennifer Mac Donald. I'm alleging that a Jemez, Pueblo business entity, a.N.A. Www.cigarettesexpress.com, who displays the " Native American Mission Statement boldly on his website ", by the way, is guilty of unlawful business ethics and dealings via the internet, and although he would have one believe that he is operating out of Irving, New York, the postal tracking record, during one of our business dealings showed that the order originated in Jemez, Pueblo, N.M. Also, a few orders ago, the logos on the package displayed " www.bigchiefcigarettes.com " instead. I am now wondering if he had shady business practices under that website, then switched to another website to pull the same kind of crap.

In the past, whenever one calls with a problem regarding shipping etc; he has a different answer each time, and he is most arrogant, and rude as well, and implies that the customer is the one who misunderstood.in the past however, when orders were quite late, at least one could get him on the phone. (The phone message also implies that he's some big outfit with customer service reps, but it's always him or this one other guy, that one always gets when one calls up there).

This month, without warning that he supposedly had warehouse, and/or shipping problems, one could not contact him at all. The website had a big notice to that effect, the phone message was " call volume is high " on everyday and hour, and he had totally disabled the contact box as well. Almost midmonth, one can use the contact box, but does not get a reply, and the phone message is his voice telling you to be patient, he's working as fast as he can, and overtime to get orders out, but he still won't answer the phone, and the prompt is for his customers to log in and check delivery status. Ours has been on the same line since October 2nd " notifying warehouse ". It has not moved at all, not even to the " approved, awaiting status " line.

I have been able finally to send an e-mail via the contact box, and demanded that if I was not contacted within three business days, then I wanted a full refund, and have heard nothing. What is shady is that normally the money comes off my visa once the order has been approved, then packed right away, shipped the next day. Well he has over $50. Since the day that I placed the order, and as I have previously stated, the order has not even been approved? Hmmmmm!!
