Ripping me off

Paid $250.00 plus with a credit card and the told me I was going to get a credit of 5.00 dollars a month credit on top of my discounted price of 29.00 until I received the 250.00 becaused of the equipment I was getting (dish box)! Got the dish installed and the technician could not set it up at the time, he mentioned the computers were down, I ask if my discounted price will still be in effect and he answer yes.

Called the 1800 number a day after and spoke to several individuals who apparently did not know what had happend, I explained to everyone of them. Called several days in a row trying to get a confirmation for my discount to no avail.

After about a week I finally got a code to enter in their website to make my discounted price available to me. The first month bill showed up and to my sorprise it was 42.99, but included the 5.00 discount the promised to return for my 250.00 down payment, so I called again and spoke to a girl and she tolme she could not do anything because billing was already done and she also said tha I needed to input the discount code in their website for the discount to take effect, to what I replied that I have already done so.

Second and third bill showed up and still 42.99 each, so I called to cancell the service and they told me there was goint to be a cancellation fee and I told the the could take the 250.00 of my down payment but now they want $325.24 more dollars out of me.

This money ripping off from people must stop! I known at least 2 to 3 more people these guys did this to and they are not happy either.
