I never receve my order N8856

I send this email and it never reply:

There's long time a go and i dont have news yet?
First i buy you for $102.95 in your online store AdultSexToysCatalog.com The date i purchase is 6/6 and my order number is XXXXXX

Then my postmail receve the box at 7/7 but i cannot take it because i give you the wrong name in the shipping adress! Do you remember? I have send a mail to you

Then the date of 4/8 i send you another mail for serching some news about the receve to my order at your home

Then you reply me on 8/8 with that mail:

Will be looking for it.

More of that, he charge me the shipping and it's say, in the online store when i purchase, the shipping will be free because the amount of my order. BUT it's NOT and i do pay! I make a mistake to buy at this online store and i think i lost my money!
