Threatened family member with court warrants etc over 13 year old debt

Received call and was threatened with warrant and court over old debt said that if money not received then warrant issued. Family member sent $420 dollars and was going to send more until I checked out Company. The tactics scare people who do not know of all the scams and ripoffs existing today.
