Tried to cancel - all I got was a recording. No such web site when I tried to reach them by e-mail

I tried last month cancel this report last month.
Now I see that it is once again on my bank statement.
I used my debit card to start the report.
I do not want to cancel my bank account to stop this payment.
Please help me to get this stopped.
