I ordered a costume through your company last evening, 10/6/08 that I need for this Saturday 10/11/08. I asked the question to make sure it could be shipped by then. Now I realize you have no working phone number, when I emailed I got a bounce back say that emails will be returned when there was time, that you are busy filling costume orders, I now see this site saying you are fraudulent and you have taken my payment. My name is Jessica G and I want this costume no later than 10/11/08 and I want a confirmation PHONE CALL or RETURN EMAIL stating that I will receive it by then. I am also copying this to you by email. I do have an order number. It begins with yhst and ends with 50475. If not, I am expecting a FULL REFUND on my credit card. As a business owner myself, I am not sure how you have a disconnected phone number. Thank you for your PROMPT response.
