Only when the better business was involved did i get any action from carriage, Jim Russman the sales manage hung up on me and talked very unprofessional, i went in looking and they could not handle it, told my car was locked up and made me drive there car home, since they kept me there till after the office closed, because i drove there car off the lot I was subject to a restocking fee, I never bought a car from them, they turned it over to a collection agency and i had to threaten legal action, if this was a valid charge they would have fought me, but said they could not find the paper work, seriously they are a real piece of work, all of them i spoke to except the girl up front,
I ended up going to mall of georgia nissan while not perfect i'm shure they all seem honest and fair, like the previous post they would not tell me the price of the car, I debated sending the paper work to them to let them know i bought a car at sutherlin and no financing!!!
Do yourself a favor buy from someone other than carriage nissan
