I reported Medical Products Online to the BBB on September 30th for unethical advertisement practices. I ordered a TENS Machine and two of their online therapy "books", which cost $49 EA to download. First of all, it took them alomst a week to download something that was supposed to automatically download once it is purchased. I had to call tehm FOUR times, and when I did the "customer service reps" (and I use that term very loosely) were very rude, and kept sending the wrong file.
Once I was able to open the files, I found out that I'd been duped. The "books" are pathetically and unprofessionally designed, looks like a lot of cutting and pasting went on here. Then, he has it where you cannot open the "book" on his website, so that a person can actually see what they are getting BEFORE purchasing, like ETHICAL business owners do, because he knows that no one will purchase that crap for $49. He STOLE $98 from me, and to add insult to injury, once he found out he was reported to the BBB, he CALLED MY HOME and CURSED ME OUT!!! He kept calling my number, said a lot of expletives, and even told my wife to tell me I was his B*tch!!??? This is the way that a business owner handles business? To call his customers at 8 A.M. To tell them F*ck You, because they exercised their right as a dissatisfied consumer, because he would not refund my money? What a turd.
