Ordered in line bed in a bag 'splendor' for daughter. Drafted my payment via debit card 9/15/08 $109.98. Shipping trac number e-mail thru DHL system. Order to be delivered 9/24. On 9/25 I called DHL and had no record that my merchandise was shipped by bedsheet. I spent a whole day calling this company. Finally I spoke to store mgr Shakila and promise to look into the matter and call me back. I started at 11am by 4.30 pm c.T. I called again and spoke to Omar, he called back saying I have your box here it will be shipped today and gave me another trac number. I called DHL 9/27 and they said this package has not been call in for pick up.
I called 9/29 I spoke to Venesa, she informed me that item was not available and she would call back and refund my account she said. She did not call back or my account was credited.
I feel I'm dealing with a scam/fraudulent company and want to warn other consumers to be alert. The company GTT Int'l Inc. Aka bedsheet.com
As per web page this is shown new arrivals and item still listed. They will not call you, they will not reply to e-mails, they won't refund your money and they will not ship the merchandise paid for.
