Sent email to me that I will be billed 10/17 for membership ID: 829289722 I did authorize that

I was signed on to, Shopping Essentials, without my permission and with a scheduled Billing Date of 10/17 and a membership ID of 82989722. This an outrageous violation of my privacy and I would like to see the perpetrators penalized.
