Ken, the owner of Exterior Impressions, LLC came to my house, looked at my roof and gave me a quote to reroof the house. He came back with a contract, we both signed it, I gave him a deposit to lock in a start date and I never heard from him again. He refuses to reply to me or the Better Business Bureau. It seems that I'm not the only person he has done this too. Buyer beware.
