Targeting accounts for overdraft fees

Bank of America is targeting accounts to charge overdraft fees, then making the costomer feel like a scum bag when you call them. I have closed my account but had direct desposit.

I would call the 24hr line at approx. 1130pm the night before my deposit would go through. My balance would be in the positive and then in the morning my account would be negative with overdraft fees. I would call the 800 number and get different answers from the reps. They would also try to make me feel like a scum bag who did not pay his bills or stupid with money.

Again I would ask them why my balance was ok at 1130 but negative a 0600am. Not one of the reps would give me the same answer.
